We are seeking funds for the following projects.

Support
 

Indigenous Science and Peace Studies Master’s Program 

 
  • Establish a scholarship fund for qualified students (full scholarship for up to ten students or partial scholarship for more)

  • Provide grants to support students’ ancestral studies in their countries of origin

 

Indigenous Science Research Grants

 
  • Provide assistance for substantive research proposals from cultural practitioners, faculty and advisors.

 

Local Indigenous Community Projects

 
  • Supporting local community projects and initiatives such as the Bushman Renaissance project, the Snow Leopard educational project in Kyrgyzstan or others

 

Emergency Support Fund For ‘At-Risk’ Elders and Indigenous Cultural Practitioners

 
  • Indigenous Cultural Practitioners and Elders are at great risk of kidnapping and death over land rights and more. Help sustain WISN’s emergency fund for at-risk whose lives are in immediate danger (from government, religious radicals, etc.)
