We are seeking funds for the following projects.
All contributions welcome.
Indigenous Science and Peace Studies Master’s Program
Establish a scholarship fund for qualified students (full scholarship for up to ten students or partial scholarship for more)
Provide grants to support students’ ancestral studies in their countries of origin
Indigenous Science Research Grants
Provide assistance for substantive research proposals from cultural practitioners, faculty and advisors.
Local Indigenous Community Projects
Supporting local community projects and initiatives such as the Bushman Renaissance project, the Snow Leopard educational project in Kyrgyzstan or others
Emergency Support Fund For ‘At-Risk’ Elders and Indigenous Cultural Practitioners
Indigenous Cultural Practitioners and Elders are at great risk of kidnapping and death over land rights and more. Help sustain WISN’s emergency fund for at-risk whose lives are in immediate danger (from government, religious radicals, etc.)
